Four situations, four routes
Contact a Travel Agent in Atlanta, Georgia
Where a message lands, and how quickly it is answered, follows from what it contains. Four rows below, and not one of them is a robot wearing a name.
Which route yours takes
| What you have | Where to send it | What returns | How soon |
|---|---|---|---|
| A price, or something to settle first | [bookings@fareveil.com](mailto:bookings@fareveil.com) or the form | a couple of questions, then priced trips with their tiers and records stated | the same day, whatever hour it arrives |
| A booking already placed | [revisions@fareveil.com](mailto:revisions@fareveil.com) | the figure the operator's schedule actually yields, before anything is altered | the same day |
| Read this twice. Asking whether a departure has been declared | [revisions@fareveil.com](mailto:revisions@fareveil.com) | the operator's own words, forwarded, and never our paraphrase | same day if they have answered; otherwise the date they will |
| Something went wrong | [revisions@fareveil.com](mailto:revisions@fareveil.com), and be blunt | an answer written here rather than assembled from parts | within five working days |
The office
- Registered as
- Fareveil LLC
- Where that is
- 1447 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 350, Atlanta, GA 30309
- Which county
- Fulton County
- Line
- +1 (404) 873-4180, for speaking to a travel agent rather than writing
- Booking requests
- Taken 24/7 by the form on this page. Any hour, any day: a person here answers.
Nothing here closes. Send a booking request or pick up the telephone at any hour of any day, including weekends and holidays, and a person at this desk answers.
This is a working office on an upper floor of a multi-tenant building, not a shop you can walk into. Ring ahead and there will be somebody expecting you.
Four things this desk will never do
- Call you because a page was opened
- it does not happen. Outbound calls go only where one was asked for
- Request card details
- never, in any medium. No money is collected here at all, so a caller asking for a card is somebody else using our name
- Hand your details around
- they reach only an operator that must put your name on a document. Your address and your ceiling never leave. Each item carries a deletion date
- Keep writing to you
- one sentence ends it permanently and you need explain nothing
While you are away
An emergency line for the operator is printed on your document. At three in the morning that number can move something and this one cannot. Report it here afterwards and somebody picks it up straight away, whatever the hour.
