Terms
Not sections and not topics. A calendar of obligations: when each one starts, when it stops, and who carries it in between. Reviewed August 17, 2026.
The three parties
- This company
- Fareveil LLC, 1447 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 350, Atlanta, GA 30309. A Georgia company and the only one behind this site. Arranges travel. Handles no money. Performs no part of any trip
- You
- the person asking. Pays each operator directly, never this desk
- The operators
- the airlines, hotels, ships, rail companies and tour operators named in your proposal. They perform the trip, take the payment, set the minimums and declare the decisions
Reading these pages, or asking us to price something, brings what follows into force between us.
The calendar
| Obligation | Starts | Carried by | Ends |
|---|---|---|---|
| To answer you in writing | the moment your message arrives | this office | when the answer is sent |
| To state a trip's tier, minimum and decision date honestly | at the first quote | this office | never; it is restated at deposit and printed in your document |
| To hold a quoted figure | when the proposal is issued | this office, for the period the proposal names | at the date it names, or earlier if the operator withdraws it |
| To correct an obvious error | at any time before confirmation | this office | at confirmation. If we correct one you may withdraw at no charge |
| To place the booking as instructed | on your written instruction | this office | when the operator confirms, or the same day if it cannot be placed |
| To pay the operator | at its deposit date | you | at its balance date |
| To declare the departure | at the published decision date | the operator, and not this office | on the day; the declaration is forwarded to you the same day |
| To refund a shortfall in full | at the declaration, if the answer is no | the operator | when the refund clears |
| To hold valid travel documents | before you leave | you alone. Immigration, visas and entry permissions are not advised on here, for anyone | throughout |
| To act for you when something changes | while you are travelling | this office, during posted hours | when it is resolved |
| To answer a complaint in writing | when it arrives | this office, inside five working days | when the answer is sent |
| To keep your booking record | at confirmation | this office | seven years, because tax rules require it |
What nobody carries
- Weather, strikes, closed roads, mechanical failure, government action
- nobody controls these and nothing here pretends to. Operators reroute under their own conditions
- A named site being open on the day
- not promised by anybody, including on guaranteed departures
- A particular guide, vehicle or group composition
- substitution is normal and is the operator's right
- Your airfare on a shortfall
- Read this twice. neither this office nor the operator. It is the one gap in the whole calendar and it is why the advice to wait is printed on every conditional trip
Where it is decided
- Governing law
- the law of Georgia, and the federal law of the United States alongside it
- Where a case is heard
- whichever courts sit in Fulton County
- What none of it removes
- any right given to you by the law of the state you live in, or any liability the law says cannot be signed away, including negligence causing death or injury, and fraud
- Outside services
- a hosting company serves these pages, and a fare lookup may later run here operated by a company that is not this one. Their terms cover their part. What that means for your information
- Using the text and pictures
- reading, printing and using them to find us is fine; lifting the site wholesale, scraping it or reissuing it is not
- If this page changes
- a new date appears at the top. Whatever text stood on the day you gave the instruction stays the text that governs
